We always welcome volunteers. One of our goals is "to integrate homeless people and our community in the security and beauty of a productive garden." Our volunteer program is flexible to allow for the varied interests and schedules of our volunteers. Some volunteers want to learn about gardening; some want to work at special events; some volunteer occasionally; some every holiday season, others every Tuesday morning. Volunteer work in the garden is seasonal: though there may be small amounts of work during the rainy season, during harvest, there is plenty of work to be done.

We always welcome donations. Donations from individuals, groups and businesses make up a third of our income yearly. In 1999, donations totaled $111,001 Donations are tax deductible.

We always welcome customers. You can become a CSA member, buy our wreaths and candles, or hire our workers to do odd jobs (our side job program).
