• The Natural Bridges Farm- just over 2 acres in size - is near Long Marine Lab and Natural Bridges State Beach on Schaffer Road, off of Delaware. This property is owned by developer Barry Swenson and leased for $1 per year.

• The Women's Organic Flower Enterprise is on 107 Washington Street, near the municipal wharf. This flower garden covers about one eighth of an acre. Mike Williams, owner of Santa Cruz Country Feed, lets the Garden share this space with his store.
